Erin Ayala

Since joining Comcast in October of 2012, Erin Ayala has primarily supported corporate strategic initiatives by planning and executing large scale product activations. She is responsible for external events such as CES and SXSW, while internally she produces product showcases, Olympics celebrations, talent acquisition efforts and executive leadership summits. She has an expertise and passion for designing on-brand, cutting-edge activations that help achieve the unique goals of each event. Her portfolio of work has made her a go-to and trusted subject matter expert at Comcast.

In her current role, Erin also runs the operations, communications, and budget for a team of ~50 FTEs. Her other duties over the years at Comcast have included the management of the business processes and legal documentation for multiple early stage innovation projects coming out of the Comcast Innovation Lab.

Prior to Comcast, Erin was a federal government consultant for the U.S. Army and NASA. She also spent many years in the collegiate and professional sports industries working for the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia 76ers and Villanova Men’s Basketball.

Erin is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Business where she was a dual major in Management and Marketing. She makes her home in New Jersey with husband, José and their two sons Ramón and Lorenzo, and daughter, Reína.
