Erin Seraydian is the Director of Business Planning & Analysis for Time Warner Cable within the High Speed Data Strategy and Web Services group. In her role, Erin provides financial management, planning and analysis, and oversees business intelligence for Time Warner Cable’s online consumer portal. Additionally, she provides support for strategic planning and business development. Erin has been with Time Warner Cable for nearly 5 years, and is based in Herndon, VA.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Erin spent 7 years in the real estate industry working for both builders and developers. She worked as an internal auditor for one of the largest builders on the East Coast, NVR, and then went to work as a financial manager for the luxury homebuilder, WCI Communities. Applying her financial modeling skills and internal audit rigor she then worked for Newland Communities, a national large scale developer, modeling the financials and budgets for master planned communities. During her experiences in real estate, Erin demonstrated the ability to effectively develop and align financial strategies with business objectives in a fast paced environment.
Before her experience in real estate, Erin started her career with General Electric as a participant in the highly selective Financial Management Program, where she worked as a Financial Analyst for GE Global Exchange Services where she received training in six sigma and obtained a black belt certification.
Erin graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in Finance and International Business, and was a participant in the QUEST multidisciplinary honors program. Erin also received her mini-MBA certification from the University of Maryland. She is involved in several professional organizations and has been a member of WICT since joining Time Warner Cable in 2008.
Erin currently resides in Northern VA with her husband and one year old son. Her family enjoys travel, spending time on their boat and all outdoor activities.
