Erin Spurling

Erin Spurling manages the Marketing Communications group in Comcast’s Northeast Division.  During her five years in this role, she has been responsible for developing marketing communications strategies and high-impact, highly-visible marketing programs for all Comcast products and services. 

Prior to joining Comcast, Spurling served as the marketing manager for a mid-sized marketing agency and several different organizations in the medical technology and non-profit sectors.  She was also an account manager for a small advertising agency, and worked in Public Relations at Arnold Worldwide.

Spurling participates in numerous cable industry associations, including the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT).  She is a CTAM Mark Award Winner, an award that honors people for their marketing excellence and creative genius.  Her creative work has also been recognized by the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA) and she has been formally recognized for ‘Professional Excellence in the area of Marketing’ by the Association of Continuing Legal Education.

Spurling holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management in Boston, with a concentration in Marketing and International Business, and a B.A. in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, Durham.  She is also an adjunct faculty member for Southern New Hampshire University School of Business and University of Phoenix School of Business, teaching Marketing courses in their respective MBA programs.
