Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University in 1999, where she was a member of the Gamma Phi Honor Society.  She began her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") in 2000.  After completing the experience necessary to earn her CPA license, she joined PwC’s Transaction Services group performing buy-side and sell-side deal valuation analyses for clients across multiple industries.

After two years in the fast-paced deal world, Mrs. Sullivan moved into the media and entertainment industry with a job as an Internal Audit Supervisor at Primedia, Inc. leading financial and operational audits and collaborating with management on the Company-wide implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX").   In 2005, she accepted a position as Associate Director, Financial Compliance at Time Warner Inc. managing the day-to-day execution of the SOX compliance efforts for their Corporate division.

Since 2012, Mrs. Sullivan has been the Controller for the Content Distribution business unit of NBCUniversal, which contributes approximately $5 billion in annual revenue to the Company.  As Controller, she is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial information, anticipating, identifying and resolving issues, improving processes and enforcing policies.

Most importantly, Mrs. Sullivan is mom to three energetic children under the age of 6.  That has been her most challenging yet most rewarding leadership experience to date.
