Frankie Paffile

​With more than 30 years of industry experience, Frankie Paffile has enjoyed many opportunities in installation, customer service, regional management, and system operations including special projects such as billing conversions, rebuild, dispatch, new product launches, and inventory with various cable companies including Group W Cable, TCI, and AT&T.  She joined Teleprompter Cable as an installer in 1983.   After several years and assignment changes, she moved to Helena, Montana, as a project manager for TCI before returning to Lewiston to continue her career with TCI and AT&T as a marketing director and office manager before Cable One purchased the system in 2003.   She continued in those roles until she became the System General Manager in 2007, overseeing the Customer Service and Technical Operations for the Lewiston area. 

 

She has a proven track record of building teams and has won several System of the Year awards for exceeding overall performance metrics which combine cash flow performance, associate and customer satisfaction, and technical and customer service standards.   She strives to perform above expectations and encourages associate growth individually and professionally.

 

Frankie has been an active member of the Idaho Cable Telecommunications Association (ICTA) since 2007 serving as a board member and as President 2012 – 2014 and currently serves the ICTA as the immediate past president for the ICTA.  She is active in the community and is a Rotary board member as well as a board member for the Lewiston Library Foundation.  She is also active in the Lewiston chapter of Businesses for Education and actively seeks to raise awareness of the need to provide Idaho students with a high-quality education that ensures the well-educated workforce that our businesses and economy require.  

 

Frankie enjoys working on her ranch raising cattle and chickens, and providing a shelter for stray or abused cats and dogs. She and her husband, Ty, live in Lewiston and have one daughter and 2 grandchildren.  When she’s not working, she enjoys running, spending time with her grandkids and attending their activities.
