Gael Bevan

Gael brings a very practical approach to her coaching engagements through her extensive global experience in executive presence, leading through the lens humanity, communication with impact and emotional capital leadership and executive coaching.  Gael is known for her creative approach to difficult conversations and her ability to understand and empathize with what holds leaders back from authentic communication with impact.
 

She has worked with management levels in both coaching and training alignment sessions. Gael has coached C-level executives including Chief Executive Officer, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Chief Operating Officers, Executive and Senior Directors in AI and Data Analysis as well as middle management. Including  ESPN, Arris, Barclays, Goldman Sack, Google.

 

Gael has 25 years corporate experience including 18 years coaching. Her international experience in UK, USA, NZ, Malaysia, Ireland and Kenya with onsite and offshore clients has given her a diverse lens to coach through. She integrates her skills in "the inner game" and "Coaching for Performance" (Sir John Whitmore) Emotional Capital and Gestalt Coaching models, Neuroscience and Improv. Her other experience includes writing a coaching program for World Mentor, student mentor guide, piloting a 2 year coaching program for 11th graders in NY.
