Gina Morgan is the Director of Internal Communications for Comcast’s Keystone Region, based out of Exton, PA.
In her current role, Gina is responsible for the development and execution of strategic communications for over 4,000 employees throughout the Keystone Region’s footprint, spreading across Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. In addition, Gina leads all internal communications for her region, formulating and executing communications tactics to drive employee engagement as well as build a consistent understanding of regional goals and priorities.
An industry professional of more than 10 years, Gina began her career with Comcast as an intern progressively advancing to her current leadership role. She has spent the majority of her time with Comcast specializing in communications for Executives and Leadership, Human Resources, Customer Operations and Information Technology. In addition, Gina’s efforts in supporting change management and employee engagement initiatives have also been an integral aspect of her career.
Gina graduated with honors from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA where she earned a B.A. in Communications. She resides in Philadelphia with her husband and their one-year old son. In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling around the world and staying active.
