Gina Wagner

Gina Wagner created (and continues to lead) Comcast Corporations’ Finance Talent Development Programs.  In this role she oversees development initiatives for high potential finance talent throughout the organization, from internship through executive levels.  Gina directs the recruiting, development and placement of participants in finance rotational programs across the Comcast enterprise (including Comcast Cable, Corporate & NBCUniversal). 

 

Gina began her career with Ernst & Young.  During the past 10+ years at Comcast, Gina served in a variety of financial and leadership roles.  She leveraged her technical acumen to progress program, project and talent management initiatives, standing up Comcast’s first rotational development program (FMLP) and subsequent pipeline programs (CORE Finance & CAAT L&D).   

 

Gina graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration and earned her MS in Accountancy from the University of Virginia.  She holds a certified public accountant designation (CPA) and maintains professional affiliation with industry organizations. 

 

Gina is passionate about education and mentorship.  She volunteers her time and talents mentoring through various organizations including: Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Rowan University Accounting Mentorship Program, Villanova University Women’s Mentorship Program, WICT Philadelphia Mentorship Program and Comcast’s Employee Resource Groups Mentorship Program. 

 

Gina resides in Southern New Jersey with her husband, and two sons.
