Hailey Luoma was born and raised north of the Twin Cities in Minnesota where she continues to work today but reports out of Comcast headquarters in Philadelphia. As a Director of Data Stewardship, she spends her time working with consumer data privacy ensuring Comcast has a strategy for identifying, appropriately storing, and purging consumer’s personally identifiable information.
Prior to this role, Hailey managed a team of data warehousing professionals who created and maintained a divisional warehousing platform to allow reporting analysts and application developers a central repository for their data needs. Hailey was originally hired into the St. Paul regional office as a Reporting Analyst within the IT department close to 20 years ago and has held various data-related positions since.
She holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Information Management from the University of Phoenix, AZ.
Outside of work, you can find Hailey playing volleyball year-round, gardening, crocheting, and relaxing at her lake home with her two children and husband. She enjoys being a gymnastics and hockey mom.
