Heather Freeman is a Sr. Director in NETO I&O IS: Service Delivery Management for Comcast, based in West Chester, PA. She is responsible for leading the team that manages Infrastructure Services new device deployments across all Comcast National data center as well as leading cross organizational programs. Heather has spent a majority of her career employed in larger companies such as Baxter Healthcare Corporation and AOL holing positions in various areas of the organizations: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Development and QA focusing in Program/Project Management, Business analysis/requirements and reporting/metrics.
Heather is a native of Evanston, IL. She attended Robert Morris College in Chicago, IL and has over 27 years of experience in several areas of disciplines that drives her ability to adopt to constent change. She is married has 2 daughters her eldest daughter is a graduate of West Virginia University holding a Degree in English/Communications. Heather, her husband, and young daughter reside in West Chester, PA.
