Heather Selbert is the Sr. Manager of Off Net Broadband Quoting at Comcast Business. Her team is part of the Access Solutions business unit and is responsible for supporting multiple sales channels. In addition to leading the quoting team, Heather works with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes, create product training, and build new tools and systems to support quoting.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2018, Heather was the VP of Operations at American Telesis where she worked to expand both the physical network and the service offerings for enterprise customers. She led the NOC and service delivery teams, collaborated with sales, engineering and finance on new products, and built strong relationships with numerous vendors.
Heather is MEF CECP Certified and is a graduate of Colorado State University. She was a diver on their Division 1 swimming and diving team and coached local high school divers. In her spare time Heather enjoys training for triathlon, spending time with her family and being outdoors.
