Hilary Guy

Hilary Guy is a Coordinating Producer for ESPN’s Content and Coverage Group, specifically overseeing NBA coverage for all SportsCenter shows. Her role involves the supervision and coordination of reporters and producers in the field as well as the responsibility of making key content decisions across multiple platforms. 

 

Prior to joining ESPN, Hilary led the Player Health and Safety Unit at NFL Network.  Working very closely with seasoned correspondent Andrea Kremer, Hilary managed a small unit of producers and associate producers focusing on controversial topics facing the NFL. She was nominated for two 2014 Sports Emmy Awards for helping produce A Football Life: Darrelle Revis as well as producing feature content for NFL Network’s flagship Sunday pregame show, GameDay Morning.

 

Hilary began her career at NBC News, working her way up to a producer role for NBC Nightly News and the Today Show, and eventually overseeing news coverage of the South region for Today. Throughout her tenure at NBC News, Hilary covered many major breaking news stories and received four News and Documentary Emmy Awards well as multiple nominations for her work.

 

Hilary graduated cum laude from Boston University’s College of Communication with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, David, and their baby girl, Poppy.
