Manager, Customer Experience Comcast
Hilda currently works at Comcast as a Customer Experience Manager. Hilda’s passion is the training and development of leaders that are new to the organization or individuals that are looking to grow in the company. She started her career journey with Comcast in August 2005 as a Customer Account Executive in the billing and repair department. Comcast provided her the tools, and resources she needed to excel in each role. Over the years she was granted the opportunity to work as a lead, supervisor, and manager. In August 2018 she made the decision to go back to school at Ashford University to obtain a degree in Human Resource Management.
