Holly Henderson is vice president of distribution for Crown Media Family Networks, home of three linear networks; Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama and subscription video on demand streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now. She is based in Los Angeles and reports to Erin McIlvain, executive vice president, content strategy and distribution.
Henderson is responsible for the distribution of Crown Media’s original content across multiple platforms. She participates in the strategic planning and negotiation of deals with content distributors including AT&T, Dish, and Altice USA. Henderson also serves as the lead representative for Crown Media’s acquisition of distribution with hospitality brand standards and airlines’ in-flight offering.
Prior to joining Crown Media Family Networks in 2009, Henderson was director of affiliate sales for TV Guide Network. She started her career in the telecommunications industry as a regional manager of affiliate sales for G4, formerly TechTV.
Henderson currently serves as Membership Co-Chair of Women in Cable Telecommunications’ Southern California Chapter and previously served as a mentor in its Mentor/Mentee Program. She was named to Multichannel News’ ‘40 Under 40’ Class of 2013.
Henderson is a graduate of California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Arts, College of Communication and Education. She resides in Long Beach, California.
