Holly Hinze

Holly A. Hinze is a strategic business leader for Bright House Networks Business Solutions.  In her current role as a Sales Manager III, her main focus is on consistently moving the sales organization forward through revenue growth, building sales teams, process improvement, strategic forecasting, and personnel development.  Bright House Networks Business Solutions is a dynamically changing and growing environment that is rich with opportunities and challenges.  The skills Holly gained in her prior experience in marketing and recruiting management have helped her grow in her telecommunications career as well.

Over the last eight years, Holly has excelled in her key roles with Business Solutions.   She’s made many notable contributions to her department, and along with her teams, has won multiple performance awards.  She is also a major contributor to new product launches, which include Business Phone, Business Trunking, Hosted Voice, IT Services, and many others.  She also attends and speaks at events on behalf of Business Solutions to enhance brand visibility and educate business owners about current offerings.  Along those same lines, she has also been featured in multiple Bright House Networks Business Solutions marketing campaigns including print, TV commercials, and radio advertisements.

But most of all, Holly is proudest of the work she does with her team, leading and supporting them in professional development and career growth.  Helping employees grow has been both invaluable and personally rewarding for Holly for she truly believes as people grow, so does the business.

Outside of work, Holly is passionate about simply spending quality time with family and close friends.  She and her husband of 13 years love camping, movies and music, and enjoy sharing those experiences with their two young children Jovie (4)and baby J.J.(1).

Holly is grateful for the opportunity to participate in the WICT Rising Leaders Program and welcomes the opportunity to sharpen her leadership abilities as well as to share and apply the lessons she’s learned at Bright House.
