Manager, Business Process Effectiveness Comcast Business
Jaclyn “Jack” Udo is the Supply Chain Manager of Business Process Effectiveness, for Comcast Business. She began her professional career at Warner Music Group in Digital Sales & Marketing in New York City. A move back to her hometown of Philadelphia in 2008, was the impetus in beginning a career aimed at strategic process development. In her profession, Jack is guided by the ethos of both Murphy and Newton’s Third laws: ‘Anything that can go wrong will go wrong’ and ‘for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction’; she architects standard operating procedures with both in mind.
She spent 8 years at Urban Outfitters Inc. (URBN) in Inventory Control where she honed her Operations, Exception, Master Data, and Database Management skills. In 2017, she brought her expertise to retail specialty brands, including a gourmet provisions chain and a luxury jewelry brand. She joined Comcast Business in 2019.
Jack holds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree, in Writing & Psychology, from Eugene Lang College at The New School University. She currently resides in Philadelphia, where she will be marrying her fiancé in the Summer of 2022. They recently purchased 24 acres of land in the New York Catskills and in the future plan to split their time between the city and the mountains.
