As part of Comcast Cable’s National Engineering and Technical Operations Team (NE&TO), Jacquelyn Smith is Sr. Manager, Development Tools in Product Engineering. Her current responsibilities include management of the development tools team, implementation and management of enterprise support tools and financial management of the application systems. Jacquelyn’s team is responsible for the lifecycle of these applications including design, implementation and deployment across various Comcast lines of business.
Jacquelyn has 11 years experience in operations and program management. Jacquelyn has been with Comcast for nearly 4 years and previously held the position of Sr. Manager, Program Planning & Project Management in Comcast’s Quality Assurance team. Prior to working at Comcast Jacquelyn worked as Director of IT at Hunter College in New York City and as Manager, Network Services, Operations and Program Mgt with Flextronics, in Dallas Texas.
Jacquelyn received an BA in Communications from Seton Hill University and a MS in Instructional Technologies from Philadelphia University. She is a graduate of the Comcast Women Series Program and is a WICT Philadelphia Board Member serving as Director of Volunteer Outreach.
