Jada Roberts is a Senior Manager of Change Implementation at Cox Communications. She has been with Cox for 20 years, holding a variety of roles between Customer Care, Field Operations and Sales. In these roles Jada has led cross functional teams who support the enterprise in a variety of facets. Jada’s biggest passions are two things – leading people and implementing change. In all of her roles with Cox Communications she has been afforded the opportunity to fulfill both of those passions and for that she is thankful. In her current role Jada is responsible for assessing and predicting change impacts in order to support, adopt, and sustain change more effectively across several different Field Operations groups. She takes pride in collaborating with leadership and the frontline to ensure all voices are heard and taken into account as change is executed.
Jada is based in Wichita KS, reporting to Atlanta GA. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Friends University in Organizational Management and Leadership. Jada has a passion for supporting and giving back in the community. She has recently served as President of a local American Legion Auxiliary Chapter and is a prior President of the WICT Heartland Chapter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and two large dogs. Most of her time is spent between camping and watching her youngest daughter pursue her passion for dance.
