VP, Workforce Management Comcast
Jamie is currently the Vice President of Workforce Management for the Central Division at Comcast. In this role, she is responsible for ~$350M in capacity planning for the residential and business contact centers, to ensure appropriate wait times for customer contacts. She leads an organization of 85 Workforce Management professionals responsible for long-range modeling, interval level forecasts, employee scheduling, hire plan creation, and real time optimization of staff vs customer demand.
Prior to joining Comcast, Jamie led the Workforce Management function for other companies including Cox Communications, PayPal/eBay, GMAC Insurance, Convergys, and Maritz Inc. In total, Jamie has been in the Workforce Management industry for 26 years & in the cable industry for 11 years.
In her 20 years of leadership experience, Jamie has found true joy in creating cohesive, successful teams by leveraging individual strengths & optimizing processes. Helping others realize their own potential and be successful is Jamie’s favorite part of being a leader.
Jamie resides north of Atlanta in Acworth, GA with her husband, also named Jamie. They are happy empty nesters with all 4 children away at college. Jamie and her husband love to play cornhole, are frequent travelers, and enjoy lounging in their pool. When not outside, they are probably inside watching sports, cooking or planning their next excursion.
