Jana L. Henthorn took the helm of The Cable Center as President and CEO on January 1, 2016. She has been part of The Center’s leadership team since 2004.
Jana brings 30+ years of experience from all corners of the industry to her position. Prior to The Cable Center, she worked for A&E Television Networks and Jones Intercable. A champion of women in the cable industry, she served on the National Board and Executive Committee for WICT from 1995 – 2000 and is a charter fellow of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. She currently serves on the board of directors of Hunger Free Colorado.
Jana was named the 2018 Woman of the Year by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of WICT. Other recognitions include one of the 2019 Cablefax 100, Cablefax’s 2018, ‘17 and ‘16 Most Powerful Women in Cable, Multichannel News 2016 Women to Watch, and induction into the Cable TV Pioneers in 2010.
Jana graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and completed her MBA at the University of Denver.
