Buoyed by her Dad’s words, “If you put your heart and mind to it, you can do anything a man can do, and do it even better,” Jane Perdue set out to tackle the business world – and did, spending 15 years as a Vice President for Fortune 100 telecommunication companies. As Jane says with a smile, she put her MBA to good use and earned her business chops by managing $25m budgets and thousands of employees, creating and implementing strategy, negotiating union contracts and developing leaders. Today, as CEO for Braithwaite Innovation Group, a female-owned professional development and consulting firm, Jane works as a leadership consultant, coach and speaker dedicated to inspiring business people to use their head to manage and their heart to lead. |
