VP, Enterprise Technical Support Spectrum Enterprise

Jean Ciullo is the VP for Spectrum’s Enterprise Technical Support team at Charter Communications.  The Enterprise Technical Support (ETS) team includes 3 fully redundant, 24X7 centers that are staffed with 360+ technicians, engineers and leaders.  ETS provides inbound technical support for all of Spectrum Enterprise’s fiber-based and coax services across our data, voice and video network platforms.  

Jean has over 20 years of diverse industry experience supporting Enterprise-level clients.  Prior to joining Charter Communications in 2015, she held a variety of leadership roles at Sprint (now T-Mobile) on the wireline side of the business.  There, Jean managed the client-facing Network Operations Center (NOC) responsible for surveillance and technical support for globally deployed IP products and managed network services.  Prior to that she led a team of Sr. engineers, technicians and project managers responsible for managed services design and deployment.  

Jean holds a BA in Communications from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and earned her MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.  She is based out of Orlando, FL and when she’s not busy working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking in all of the amazing activities that the Sunshine State has to offer.
