Jeannette Richardson

Jeannette Richardson is a Director, Human Resources for Charter Communications. For the past 20 years, Ms. Richardson has delivered strategic leadership and consultative solutions that have helped her Business Partners move their organization toward their desired performance goals. Through established partnerships, she helped leaders lead the way in management development, performance management, succession planning, career paths as well as other aspects of talent management. She championed professional development opportunities for employees, developed workshops and training on Diversity and Inclusion, and led efforts to support leaders and staff in order to enhance the employee experience. Her collaborative efforts resulted in the creation of a productive workplace in which employees are energized and engaged in the business.

Prior to her engagement at Charter Communications, Ms. Richardson served in the United States Army as a Sr. Transportation Non-commissioned Officer organizing secret operations and control of movement for personnel and cargo by air, rail, motor transport and water, maintenance-of-way, maintenance of equipment and technical expert on all matters relating to railway operations. Ms. Richardson served in combat during Desert Storm and Operation Freedom and received the Bronze Star Medal of honor for her sacrifice and contributions.

Education, Professional Development and Affiliations – Ms. Richardson studied Strategic Organizational Development at Wilmington College in Cincinnati, OH, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
