Jen Neal serves as Executive Vice President, Entertainment Live Events & Specials, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming. In her role, Neal leads strategy, creative development and operations for all live events and specials across NBCU’s broadcast, cable and streaming platforms: NBC, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, Universal Kids, USA Network and Peacock. She reports to Susan Rovner, Chairman, Entertainment Content, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.

Neal oversees a prolific roster of live events and specials including “Billboard Music Awards,” “Golden Globes,” “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” “People’s Choice Awards,” “Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting,” E!’s “Live From The Red Carpet” franchise, as well as live musicals, including 2021’s “Annie Live!” on NBC. Other recent events of note include the Miley Cyrus Pride concert special “Stand By You” on Peacock and “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party” on NBC.
Most recently, Neal also oversaw E! News and previously, she was General Manager at E! News, overseeing Live Events and Lifestyle Digital, where she was also responsible for leading the digital business strategy across all NBCUniversal Lifestyle Networks along with E!’s extensive news programming.

A multifaceted executive, Neal’s extensive experience is diverse, including entertainment development, marketing, advertising, media, and production. Neal joined E! in 2012 where she served as EVP, Marketing and Executive Producer of Live Events. As EVP, Neal elevated E!’s brand position as a global, multi-platform pop culture powerhouse, and directed all marketing initiatives for the network, including advertising, media strategies, creative, brand alliances, and promotion across all platforms.

Prior to E!, Neal served as Chief Marketing Officer for BBDO North America and was previously at Omnicom’s PHD where she was responsible for running the New York office and all client relationships on the East Coast. Her background also includes leadership positions at the National Basketball Association (NBA).

She has been recognized across many prestigious industry publications, including Variety’s Marketing Impact Report, Multichannel News 40 Under 40, and Adweek’s Brand Genius Awards, L.A. Brand Stars, and First Movers. Neal serves on The WICT Network’s Board of Directors Executive Committee.

Neal graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
