HR Business Partner Cox Communications
Jennifer Cravens is an HR Business Partner on the People Services Team with Cox Communications in their Southwest Region. In this role, Jennifer provides employee relations guidance and support to Leadership and Employees within Field Operations, Comm Center, and Damage Claims for the Phoenix market with a high level of excellence and dedication. In addition to her current role, Jennifer has held other roles in her 20 years with Cox and Cox Media to include: Sr HR Consultant/Generalist, HR Specialist and Business Analyst.
Prior to joining Cox, Jennifer worked as a Payroll Administrator, a Credit/Business Analyst, and Master Control Operator for KUTP-TV45. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Northern Arizona University. Jennifer excels in building relationships, producing results, leading change and thrives when she is adding value. She currently lives in Peoria, Arizona with her husband, 3 children, and 2 pups. In her spare time, Jennifer is caught capturing family moments and sunsets with her camera.
