Jennifer Dunn is Vice President,
Human Resources for AMC Networks Inc., which owns and operates several of the
most popular and award-winning brands in cable television. Jennifer plays a key
role in the development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy and
vision for AMC Networks in accordance with business objectives. Her responsibilities include employee
relations, organizational development, talent acquisition and learning and
development. Additionally, Jennifer partners with various businesses and across
the Human Resources organization to implement cross-company initiatives and
programs to build upon the company’s culture.
Jennifer started her career at
AMC Networks 13 years ago, under Cablevision.
Prior to joining AMC Networks, Jennifer held HR positions at Time
Warner/Elektra Entertainment Group and HarperCollins Publishers.
Jennifer is a member of Women in
Cable Telecommunications (WICT), as well as The Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM), and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of
New York. She resides in Long Island, NY with her husband, Jason, and
three sons, Luke, Sean and Connor.
