Jen Epstein is currently a Human Resources Director at Comcast in the Technology, Product and Xperience (TPX) team. TPX is focused on designing, developing and supporting innovative products and services that bring internet, TV and voice to more than 33 million residential and business customers while ensuring the network speed and capacity that customers rely on to stay connected to what matters most.
In her current role, Jen and her team are responsible for partnering with business leaders on people strategies including identifying strategic priorities, culture, DEI, advancement opportunities and equity. Jen has been with Comcast for 10 years and prides herself on her positive attitude and company knowledge.
In her previous role, she worked at a transportation solutions company supporting technicians nationwide.
Jen lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her high-schooler, husband and two dogs. Jen is an avid reader, a knitter and Peloton rider.
