Director, Employee Communications Comcast
Jen Hill is the Director of Internal Communications for Comcast’s Beltway Region, based in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Hill is responsible for the development and execution of strategic employee communications for the Beltway Region’s footprint which includes Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and parts of West Virginia.
In her fourteen years with Comcast, Jen has been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, starting her cable career as a video production assistant and advancing to leadership positions within the community and government affairs, communications, and human resources departments. In her current role, Jen is focused on developing communications for all levels of the organization – from leadership to the frontline – with an emphasis on change management and employee engagement.
She is currently the Membership/Operations lead for the Beltway Region’s Women’s Network, an employee resources group dedicated to promoting a culture of inclusion, awareness, and respect within the workplace. Since joining Comcast in 2000, Jen has participated in Comcast Cares Day, an annual company-wide day of service, having served as a project leader several times.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from the Pennsylvania State University. Originally from central Pennsylvania (or as we say, P-A), Jen now resides in Baltimore, MD with her boyfriend, his son, and one spoiled cat. When she isn’t working you can find her enjoying the simple things in life – a cold beer, laughing with good friends and spending time with her family.
