Jennifer Klein

Jennifer Klein is Director, On Demand for Comcast’s Video Services team. In her current role at headquarters, Jennifer oversees the launch of new national content offerings, helping to build Comcast’s Video On Demand offering to over 35,000 titles. She acts as primary liaison to Comcast’s content delivery partners and collaborates with internal technology and cross-platform stakeholders to boost On Demand content availability efficiencies.

Jennifer joined Comcast in August, 2007 as a Manager in the Video Business Unit. In 2010, she was named Senior Manager. Previously, she spent 10 years as a features columnist and editor at The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philly.com. She covered local weddings and the wedding industry for two years, and edited the popular Friday arts and entertainment section called Weekend for seven years.

Jennifer has a leadership role in CTAM’s Advanced Cable Solutions Consortium’s On Demand Quality team. She’s an active member of WICT, and is a graduate of the WICT Philadelphia chapter’s mentoring program. She has also judged the CTAM MARK Awards for Marketing Excellence.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in English from College of the Holy Cross and a Master’s in English and Publishing from Rosemont College. She volunteers her time in the form of event planning for the Holy Cross Club of Greater Philadelphia and has served on the executive board of the Mount St. Joseph Academy Alumnae Association. In 2009, she co-authored a historical book celebrating the 150th anniversary of her high school. An avid Philly sports fan and travel buff, Jennifer lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband Michael and twin babies.
