Sr. Manager, Project Management Comcast Business
Jennifer Potter began her career with Comcast Business in August 2018 as a Sr. Project Manager. In June of 2019, she moved into the role of Senior Manager, Project Management. As Senior Manager, she led the creation of the Special Projects & Initiative team for the Managed Enterprise Services Project Management Organization. Through her ability to build strong cross-functional relationships while driving for organizational excellence she developed this role with a primary focus on Organizational Compliance, Performance Transformation, Process Enhancement and Employee Development. Her role now also includes spearheading large transformational projects with a focus on improving organizational efficiency, process and data accuracy and communication across key cross-functional organizations.
Prior to joining Comcast, Jennifer worked as a Senior Manager, Business Operations for Verizon/Frontier where she led an organization of Supervisors and Business Analysts supporting the Sales Organization and Call Centers from all aspects of Sales and System Support. She was responsible for overseeing large rollouts including the complete redesign of all Verizon FiOS Retail stores for the Florida region where her prioritization of employee motivation and the customer experience led to an award winning final design. She transformed the System Support process through the implementation of new tools to track and report UAT results as well as new outage support processes, communication and contingency plans that resulted in a 34% reduction in center downtime.
Jennifer currently resides in Illinois and when not working, she spends her time focused on motivating and uplifting others, enjoying every moment she can with her nieces and nephews, supporting the AHA Heart Walk and spoiling her Blue Lacy pup.
