Sr. Manager, Customer Experience Communications Comcast
Jennifer Principi serves as Senior Manager of Customer Experience Communications at Comcast. In this role, Jennifer leads strategic communication programs focused on driving favorability and a positive perception of the Comcast brand. In her work, Jennifer creates advocacy for Comcast’s passion and commitment for the customer experience through activating the press, influencers and consumers around new product and feature launches. With a specific focus on driving customer engagement, Jennifer has implemented new communication strategies to mitigate negative customer impacting events, delivering an improved internal process and external customer experience.
Previously, Jennifer was the Director of Content for a New York City based fashion retailer where she established the company’s digital brand and ecommerce business. Here, Jennifer developed highly effective campaigns across traditional and new media, building reputational brand equity while achieving financial success for the company. In addition, Jennifer identified trends in consumer behavior that led to the company’s expansion into new domestic and international markets. In result, she was awarded the "Power of the &" two years in a row. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a consultant, launching multiple companies’ ecommerce businesses. Jennifer attributes her success to mentor, Creative Director, Chuck Stevens.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Public Relation at Penn State University, Smeal College of Business. She has been a guest lecturer at Penn State University and works with a variety of empowerment programs for women in business.
Jennifer currently resides in suburban Philadelphia.
