Jennifer Sanders is a Senior Manager of Billing Operations Shared Services with emphasis on Residential Bulk billing system operations at Charter Communications. Her efforts ensure accurate account setup, billing, and support of Charter’s Residential Bulk accounts, and using her subject matter expertise on Residential Bulk billing. Jennifer is a key contributor for strategic projects and streamlining of processes.
Jennifer has been with Charter Communications for 7 years. Prior to her time at Charter, she managed a financial team at a small privately owned company for 10 years. This role prepared her to manage a large team and further developed the skills needed to join the Charter organization. She started at Charter as an Analyst in 2014 and worked her way to Senior Manager in 2021. She has been an intricate part of many initiatives over the years including but not limited to: migrations, complex billing setups, launch of new billing products and has partnered with various team to ensure the billing system design for new initiatives met the needs of the business and Charter’s Residential Bulk customers.
Jennifer graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, exercising, spending times with family, and volunteering at various organizations. She currently lives in Missouri with her husband (Matthew) of 18 years along with her two children, Owen (15) and Olivia (13).
