Director, Customer Care Comcast
Jennifer Shipley has worked in the cable industry for over 19 years and has served in her current role as Director of Customer Care since 2008. In that role she leads over 200 employees in the 24×7 Video Technical Care center and the market Client Services team, in support of more than 1 million residential customers in the Washington Market. Through her career, Jennifer has contributed through a variety of leadership positions in call center operations which have given her a depth and breadth of knowledge invaluable to the Washington Market’s success.
Jennifer was born and raised in the Seattle area, where she currently lives with her husband Jeff and their two children.
