Sr. Manager, Customer Experience Deployment Comcast
Jennifer Sullivan is a Manager in National Customer Operations group at Comcast where she is responsible for the customer experience for video deployments. Her project portfolio includes Self Install Kits, bandwidth reclamation and guide upgrades for legacy products. Prior to her current role, Jennifer was a trial analyst within the National Engineering & Technical Organization (NE&TO) organization at Comcast where she managed employee and customer trials of new products and services including X1 Platform, Voice2go, and Xfinity Games.
Prior to joining Comcast, Jennifer worked as Account Manager where she was responsible for the Philadelphia region Comcast account. Jennifer has Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bloomsburg University.
Jennifer joined WICT Philadelphia Chapter in 2010 and currently serves as the Social Media Director. She also is the Co- Lead for the Women’s Network at Comcast, which is the largest Employee Resource Group in Philadelphia where the mission is to develop and advance women at Comcast.
In her spare time she enjoys running and fitness and recently completed her first half marathon and Spartan Race Trifecta. Jennifer resides in Philadelphia, PA.
