Jerri McCain is a Director of Strategic Tax at Charter Communications. In this role, she’s responsible for leading, managing and driving the day to day execution of sales, use and regulatory tax audit examinations by state and local governments. This involves facilitating auditor fieldwork, analyzing audit issues, mitigating risk and implementing corrective measures. She also manages transaction tax refund claim initiatives, which includes development and implementation of strategies to compile refund claims and other negotiating settlements with vendors and State governments.
Jerri holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from UNC Charlotte, as well as an MBA from Pfeiffer University. She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband, where she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She’s also a big proponent of community service and enjoys giving her time to various community organizations.
