Jess Jasiukowicz is a 15 year veteran of the cable industry, having started her career at Time Warner Cable of Central Florida in 2003 and then joining Comcast in 2005. In her current role as Vice President of Billing Operations in the Northeast Division, Jess is responsible for supporting 21,000 employees and 9 million customers spanning from Virginia to Maine. She and her team partner with the various business functions across the organization to help move the business forward through many avenues, including: implementing new products; offering strategy support; driving operational efficiencies, and improving the overall customer experience.
Throughout her career Jess has focused on an attention to detail while also ensuring the overall requirements of the business and customers can be met. This focus has been the backbone for success in countless billing system conversions and updates, as well as, consolidations over the years. Her real passion is collaborating with others to break down complex business problems to develop workable solutions.
Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, she has attend the SCTE Executive Leadership program at Dartmouth College.
Outside of work Jess is an avid reader and lover of home improvement projects. She and her husband Alex reside outside of Manchester, NH with her 2 children and 2 dogs. When not keeping up with the household bustle they enjoy roaming around the great New Hampshire outdoors.
