Jessica Miller

Jessica is the Director of Broadcast Design at A+E in NYC. Over the past 16 years Jessica has built up the A+E in-house Design department from a 2-man operation to a thriving department of 25 designers and producers where she oversees animation for 50+ edits a day. Channels include A&E, History, Lifetime, LMN and others.

Jessica began her career as an independent study at Young & Rubicam, where she was hired out of college to produce Radio and TV commercials with top industry directors for Fortune 100 clients as KFC, Xerox, Dr. Pepper and AT&T. After working her way up from intern to Film Producer at Y&R, Jessica launched her freelance career working at agencies such as Grey, Gotham, and DeVito-Fitterman, where she produced international campaigns for Johnson & Johnson. She also began producing Broadcast Design as Executive Producer at Telezign, creating animation for clients such as Nickelodeon, ESPN and VH1. During this time, Jessica returned to school to pursue training in VFX and Compositing at NYU’s CADA. Shortly thereafter Jessica joined A+E where she still works.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Advertising and Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts, has studied Film and Editing at NYU, and VFX and Compositing at CADA.

She currently lives in Red Hook, Brooklyn where she an active member of her local community garden.
