Jin Lee is the Sr. Director of Database Marketing at Charter Communications. She joined Charter in September 2017. In her role, she oversees a team of 15 who supports all data needs for Acquisition and Existing Customer campaigns across multiple direct marketing channels for both the Residential and B2B spaces. Core responsibilities include lead generation and data analytics.
Prior to joining Charter, Jin spent 15 years in financial services, working for Citi in a variety of departments including Database Marketing, Risk Management, Decision Science, and Marketing Strategy. Her strategic decision to move around the organization to broaden her skill sets was an integral part of her unique career trajectory.
She is a graduate of Binghamton University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and was a School of Management adjunct with a concentration in Management Information Systems. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and 7 year old daughter.
