Jo Becker is the Director of Sales Effectiveness at Comcast Business, where she is responsible for leadership development and on-boarding culture for sales professionals in the West Division. She leads a team that works closely with division and regional leadership to deliver working sessions, training and custom programs that offer integrated concepts and tools that develop and grow sales leaders. Jo’s team plays a critical role in the West Division’s "Working Together to Win Together" culture becoming a reality that continues to drive success for the organization.
In her career, she has had extensive sales and sales leadership experience and has launched and led many initiatives that focus on professional development, change management, and culture evolution. Prior to joining Comcast, she held similar roles at Qwest Communications and Century Link. She has built a reputation for developing people and organizations through continual drive to bring progressive concepts and methodologies to improvement and employee engagement and development.
Personally, Jo and her husband Max have 5 daughters living Colorado, and enjoy outdoor extended family activities. She and Max are personally involved in their community through several mentoring and faith-based programs.
