Meet founder, Joanne Miller, Inspiration Champion. Joanne has over 25 years of experience in leadership development. Before founding i2i Results, she spent 10 years in GE, running one of their premier global, executive leadership programs. During this time, Joanne developed a reputation as the "go-to" person for the Senior Leadership team when they had a need for any solution around inspirational leadership – presenting, influencing, team communications, storytelling, communicating change and executive presence.
Prior to GE, Joanne worked at a consulting company in New York City where her primary responsibility was developing communication strategies and implementation plans for various Fortune 100 clients. During this time, Joanne developed an expertise in Executive Presentation skills and has excelled in providing private coaching to many senior executives in this discipline. Her experience includes training in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, entertainment, finance, oil and hospitality. She has a B.S. in Business Management from Seton Hall University and Diploma in Training & Management Development from New York University.
