Joella Wind

Joella Wind currently serves
as Vice President, Voice and Video Product Management for Time Warner Cable
Business Class.  Her team manages the
lifecycle of the Voice, Video, and SMB Cloud portfolios including opportunity
assessment, market requirements, pricing, sales support, product training,
vendor management, new product launch, and overall product performance.  Joella joined Time Warner Cable in 2003 to
create and lead its East Syracuse, NY based Business Services Team.   Her experience in leading teams of
professional sales personnel selling complex voice systems and high-end data
services to large and medium-sized businesses throughout the Northeast was
instrumental as the Central New York Division was repeatedly recognized for
outstanding achievements.  She led that
organization through its company’s trial for the development and launch of both
Business Class Phone and Business Class PRI before the company launched those
services throughout the Time Warner Cable national footprint.

As the company restructured,
Joella was selected to lead the Commercial Product Management and Marketing
team for the East Region.  As she built
her team, they focused on standardizing products and evaluating pricing and
processes across the Region, while bringing to market new products that
addressed the needs of mid-market and large businesses, most notably the launch
of HD Video Solutions for the Hospitality and Healthcare markets, and Cloud
Services in the fall of 2012.

Prior to Time Warner Cable,
Joella spent 10 years with Verizon in roles of increasing leadership
responsibility in the operations, marketing and sales arenas.  She left Verizon to lead a marketing team in
a small start-up call center software firm with its engineering base in Dublin,
Ireland, before moving back to Central New York to work in product management
for Phillips Broadband Networks.

Joella graduated from the
University of Rochester with a B.S. in Optical Engineering and completed her
MBA in Corporate Finance from Drexel University.  She has been active with the Girl Scouts for
many years, and serves on the Board of Directors of CenterState CEO.  She, and her husband, John, have twin
daughters and live in Manlius, NY.
