Jovita Helms is the Director, Financial Strategy & Analytics for Time Warner Cable’s East Region located in Charlotte, NC. In this role, she leads cross-functional finance efforts influencing virtually all areas of the business. Through partnerships with various business leaders across different functions, such as engineering, technical operations, customer service, sales, marketing, and finance, her team builds various business cases to drive business decisions that improve operational and financial performance.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Jovita was a valuation services manager working in Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and responsible for providing business valuation services within the Southeast region. During her time with Deloitte, she oversaw multiple cross-functional consulting engagements and prepared presentations related to valuations of businesses and investments for strategic management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Previously, she served as an Associate for Huron Consulting Group where she performed due diligence and fair market value analyses related to mergers and acquisitions, syndications, joint ventures and other investment considerations for healthcare providers.
A graduate of Kaunas University of Technology in Kaunas, Lithuania, Jovita earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Baltimore. Jovita was born and raised in Lithuania. Now she lives in metropolitan Charlotte area with her husband Joe and their three sons, Jake, Tanner, and Chase.
