Judi Hartman currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing with Charter Communications. In this role, she leads sourcing activities for all IT software, hardware, and professional services across the enterprise. She manages a team responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conducting complex contract negotiations and managing key supplier relationships in support of BUs priorities and goals.
Judi began her career with AT&T in a procurement role, which lead to progressive levels of leadership and experience negotiating multi-million dollar domestic and international contracts for both private and public sector entities. Most recently, she served in a worldwide sourcing role at Lafarge, which included leading cross functional teams and implementing sourcing initiatives supporting 75 countries and 110 BUs.
She graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and has a Masters in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Judi lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband Jeff and their dog Miley, and loves to travel in her spare time.
