Judith Mills

Judith Mills is the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Mediacom Communications. In this role she oversees all human resource functions including: recruitment, employee relations, compensation and performance management, health and wellness programs, employee training, leadership development, and field safety programs.

Judith began her career at Covenant House, the largest privately funded international human service agency for homeless and runaway adolescents in the Americas. While at Covenant House, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and focused on national and international human resource matters.

Actively involved in local community initiatives, Judith has served on both the State University of New York at New Paltz Business Advisory Council and the Hudson Valley Pathways in Early Technology College High School (P-TECH) Program Steering Committee. In her work with the Council, she provided input to the School of Business to insure that students were taught the skills, knowledge and ethical behaviors required for successful and satisfying business careers. As part of the P-TECH Steering Committee, she helped foster innovative partnerships between high schools, colleges and Hudson Valley employers.

Judith serves on the Board of the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA). CTHRA provides industry specific resources to help drive organization success.  She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Judith attended William Paterson University where she studied Communications.
