Judy Klein

​As Project Manager of Phone Operations for Time Warner Cable (TWC), Judy Klein manages highly visible complex projects, which involve diverse areas of the company. Judy is responsible for multiple nationwide initiatives having significant impact on TWC. Her projects’ successful completions have helped to mitigate risks to the company and obtain significant process improvements.

 

Prior to joining TWC, Judy worked as a research/recruiting consultant with the executive search firm Phillips Oppenheim, headquartered in New York City and provides premium executive search services to nonprofit organizations. Judy’s telecommunications experience covers a broad spectrum ranging from managing SS7, traffic engineering, translations, and provisioning teams to spearheading the optimization of customer networks nationwide and focusing on company cost-savings initiatives. She spent a combined 19 years working for Verizon and MCI. As a Sr. Manager within Verizon Business, Judy blended two distinct teams focused on Project Management and Service Delivery, to create one united group that provided program management support and premier customer service.

 

Judy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed the SMU Mid-Management Program with the Cox School of Business. She currently resides in the Virginia suburbs of the Nation’s Capital and is an active member of the WICT Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter.
