Julia Feeley

Julia Feeley is a Director of Human Resources at ESPN currently assigned as a business partner in the busy and challenging area of Production, serving over 1200 content-producing employees in a 24/7 environment.  She joined the company in 2010 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and was promoted to Director in 2012.  In her current role, Julia is responsible for providing HR service and expertise including organizational design solutions, targeted employee development, diversity initiatives, employee relations and talent and succession planning, all in alignment with company business objectives.  In addition, Julia has a leading role in The Walt Disney Company Employee Engagement Survey.  The survey assists all employees in gaining knowledge of enrichment opportunities, increasing personal engagement and enablement, and optimizing organizational performance.  An efficient multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, Julia’s favorite duties include guiding leaders through complex change initiatives and coaching employees on maximizing their career growth and development.  

 

Julia received her bachelor’s degree from Babson College in 2004 and her MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009.  Prior to ESPN, she was a Human Resources Manager at Comcast and spent 3 years in the HR department and Audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  She is an active member of the WICT New England Chapter and has served multiple times as both a mentor and mentee for the WICT NE Mentor Program.  She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the local SHRM chapter, the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut.

 

Julia lives in CT with her husband and four-year old son.  In her free time, she is an avid runner and recently completed her first marathon.
