Manager, Legal Response Center Comcast
Julie Gonzalez is a Manager at the Comcast Legal Response Center in Moorestown, New Jersey. In this role she oversees a team of Legal Analysts whose main responsibility is to process legal requests from local and federal Law Enforcement Agencies. This team works closely with Law Enforcement by assisting them in their investigations while protecting subscriber privacy as required by applicable law.
As a people Leader at Comcast, she is also responsible for managing change impact and approaches to expand and revamp current work processes. Julie works to find new and different methods to enhance the current policies and procedures as well as the customer experience. In addition to working on strategic plans to meet service level metric goals, she ensures all work complies with relevant legal and regulatory statutes, specifically ECPA and the Cable Act. Julie has an extensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Comcast Video, Voice, High Speed Internet and Home Security services. Lastly, Julie works closely with other teams on research projects in an effort to implement new processes in accordance with all Federal statutes.
Julie graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She spends her free time volunteering at a non-profit organization whose main goal is to assist individuals with disabilities. In addition, she also volunteers at the Domestic Violence Shelter in Burlington County. She resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
