Kae Yi is the Manager of Sales & Marketing Analytics Reporting Team.   She joined Cox Communications in 2015.  She manages a high-performing team of business intelligence administrators, architects, and developers.  She provides leadership and strategic direction for design, development, delivery, automation, and maintenance of reports and reporting processes for Sales & Marketing at Cox Communications.

Kae started her career in business intelligence 17 years ago writing codes as a report programmer.  She has grown into delivering end-to-end enterprise business intelligence (EBI) solutions and managing automation and self-service environments.  She achieved and maintains an expert level certification and skills on MicroStrategy EBI platform for over ten years.  Kae is a lifelong learner committed to staying updated on business intelligence technologies.  She likes to ask, “Is there a better way to do this?” and delights in finding answers.

Kae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System from DeVry University.  She is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Kennesaw University.  She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Scrum Master.

Kae was born in South Korea and is fluent in Korean.  The state of Georgia has been her home for most of her life, therefore, she speaks English with a slight southern accent.  She likes mountain hiking, cake decorating, and all types of papercrafts.  She also enjoys learning new skills like watercolor painting and Chinese language.  Kae and her husband are empty nesters living in a suburb of Atlanta, GA.
