Manager, Project Management Organization Comcast
Kamali is an experienced Project Manager in PMO (Project Management Office) at Comcast. She has contributed to the execution of wide array of strategic initiatives. Her primary focus has been leading the successful launch of Commercial Business products. At Comcast, she formerly came from the Business Assurance, where she was making contributions to business operations process improvements. In this role, she conducted operational audits to ensure compliance to the policies and procedures. Her experience combines a comprehensive knowledge of quantitative evaluation of data driven metrics, process standardization and deployment of new products.
Kamali is currently the Chief of Staff in Asia Pacific American Employee resource group and hosted several events related to culture, commerce, community and career. She’s motivated by two different yet equally strong desires: to lead from the front and to take care of people around her. She’s deeply loyal and committed to her colleagues and the cross-functional team she works with. She is humble and perceptive about other’s needs, and she takes a team-first approach to leadership.
Before joining Comcast Kamali led a Business Intelligence team as a Functional consultant Lead at Fortune 100 Companies including Cisco and Apple. At these companies, she successfully implemented Financial and Supply Chain data warehouse projects utilizing Agile methodology. In addition to project management, she also led Operations Excellence in supply chain using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Kamali holds her Master’s Degree from University of Texas at Dallas. Kamali is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Agile Scrum Master.
