As a Senior Director of Product Management with Connected Living at Comcast, Karen is responsible for building next generation Smart Home product experience. Under her leadership, her team has transformed professionally monitored security to the next generation Self Protection offering with many breakthrough features and enabling technologies.
She is a passionate, user-focused product leader with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to get things done. She is known for solving problems with data, building strong relationships and teams and shipping products that deliver meaningful impact to customers.
She held many leadership roles prior to joining Comcast. She led digital team at Villa | Join the Movement through digital transformation initiatives, building next generation e-commerce platform and omnichannel. She co-founded 7 Regent Lane, online fashion brand to bring high quality and stylish yet affordable custom menswear to consumers. In her role at L-3 Communications, she was responsible for end-to-end commercialization of next generation communications automation product for US, Australian and New Zealand navies.
Karen holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School, a master’s degree in Computer & Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two children, and enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family.
